#3 CURRENT BALANCE

#4 DOWN PAYMENT

#5 NEW AITD AMOUNT

#6 NEW AITD INTEREST RATE

#7 NEW AITD TERM

#8 Title Search through Escrow

Info for both parties:

#1 SELLER, makes the last payment after close.

#2 Impounds go to the BUYER.

#3 Pre-payment penalty or not.

#4 Late payment 6% 10 days, Notice of Default

#5 Buyer, new insurance policy, before close of escrow. Seller is additionally insured, listed 1st on the policy.

#6 Neutral third party, yes or no. Distribution of payment.

#7 I am a Broker Arranger of Credit.
